Centreless Grinding enables Datco to supply lengths of plastic rod ground to specific tolerances.
Capable of grinding up to 50mm Dia, ground rod is commonly required when machining with guide bushings.

Entrire lengths of rod can be ground to the finished outside diameter of a component to reduce maching times.

Vertical spindle moulding machines are used to square dress, rebate and groove strips of plastic.
